许铭娟,女,1993年07月生,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师,英国上市公司官网365英国上市公司官网365专任教师。2023年毕业于华中农业大学食品科学技术学院,获工学博士学位。
研究方向:
主要从事膳食活性成分的分离纯化、营养与健康效应,主要聚焦于调控血糖、血脂及肝脏脂质代谢紊乱等的效果与机制研究。
科研立项:
目前主持科研项目2项,其中湖北省自然科学基金联合基金1项。
